Intelligence analyst doesn't have much to do with either.

Intelligence analyst work involves producing intelligence products (link analyst, targeting packets, etc.) based on current intelligence (i.e. ground reports, interrogation, imagery, etc.) and historical data.  These products help show the commander the current situation and allow you to help advise the commander in making decisions.

If you are majoring in those fields, then it will help indirectly.  For example, the writing, research, and analytical skills that come with such majors are very useful in intelligence fields.
