Is international relations a good field to go into?

do you make a lot of money, what can you do with the degree? do you have to live in a big city?

there is a lot of potential to make a lot of money in that business.  likewise, there is really a wide open field for what you would want to do with it.  It would depend on what field and specialty you would want to deal with that would determine where you lived, what you made and things of that sort.  You could also travel a lot depending on what you did.  In today's world, with the amount of inter-dependence between nations, even inside just one company, the possibilities for jobs are endless.  hope it helps

You need to have a lot of contacts to get an interesting job in that field. If you love that carreer by all means go for it, but it's not easy to succeed if you don't have much money or contacts.
