I got a technical internship through AIESEC. The duration of this internship is 12-18 months. Will my internship experience be counted as "working experience" so that its comes accountable for further jobs or for MBA programs that i apply for after the completion of the internship?

  1. Let's say it is work experience lite.  It is not real work experience because frequently interns are not held very accountable or given critical tasks.

But it is very valuable to have some industry related experience when you hit the job market.  Plus the networking...

  2. I don't know precisely about whether it will work for job experience for the MBA program, but it will count in other places.

You should probably ask one of the administrators of the MBA program if it will apply.

I know the fact that you qualified for an internship will put you among the higher groups of students in your major and class. That will help you in their consideration of you.

Also, on the job market, things like that are often considered to be job experience by companies.
