  1. stir fry is a great way to get veggies, just dont use too much oil

  2. steam yo veggies silly stir fry is bad

  3. yes, just make sure that you are not using a lot of oil when preparing them and choose a healthy oil such as olive oil. It has a lower smoking point but I do not find that I need high heat to prepare stir fry meals. I also use beef, chicken or veggie broth and cornstarch to make sauce for my stir fry, try varying the flavors also, I also use brown rice instead of white for more nutritional value.

  4. Absolutely!  That's a great way.  Just be careful about the calories in the oil and the extra sodium.  Limit the oil to 1 Tablespoon of canola oil or half canola, half sesame.  Use light-sodium soy sauce.

Do you like Gazpacho or vegetable soup?  Those are also great ways to incorporate more veggies into your diet.  Also, research shows that soup is great for weight loss.  You can find recipes for each under the "soups" link in the "Healthy Recipes" section.  Good luck!
