There is a product that is not sold any where else and why has no one ever heard of it?

Well, I've purchased one thing from iOffer, it came in defective, and the seller actually shipped me 2 more of the same product for no charge. I believe a lot of the stuff on iOffer is not authentic, so if you are planning on buying a TV series, don't expect to get anything in the original packaging unless it was stated that way. I think people who do sell the counterfeit items go to iOffer because they cannot sell unauthentic items on eBay, at least they are not supposed to. My experience with  iOffer was great and I'd do it again.
