I am currently getting a BFA in Graphic Design and I am thinking of going to grad school to become an art therapist. I'm much better at taking photographs and doing computer art than I am at drawing or painting. Is it necessary to be really good at traditional art forms to become an art therapist?

  1. You are actually meant to do a degree in art therapy to become an arts therapist, as it is more psychological. However, you seem more of a designer, than an artist, which makes a huge difference therefore, I'm not sure.
