  1. I think you can, in a very strong magnetic field. Or, if you fire a gun in space, the bullet may be curved by the gravity of various planets/stars/asteroids.

  2. no.

First of all the bullet is in contact with the gun until it gets out of the barrel...so even if you move your arm all you will do is change the direction you are pointing the gun....The bullet will still go straight (there might me a microscopic deviation but it wont be noticeable and it will be linear, not a curve)

and anyway it would be impossible to give it a horizontal curve move...It is not like a baseball, you cannot make it spin on itself. If you apply a force to deviate it to the side, there won't be any force to bring it back the other side after.

  3. No it is impossible. The bullet and gun/rifle/etc are designed and constructed in such way to already make a bullet spin at the exit of the barrel and this rotation does not affect the trajectory of the bullet.

  4. You would need an intelligent bullet, which is years off yet. An interesting idea but only on paper for now. To the best of my knowledge, the best intelligent bullet as of yet is the STAFF round for the Abrams tank, which launches in the direction of the enemy and exlpodes overhead when its sensors detect them. As opposed to a dumb round, which you simply shoot at the enemy and it explodes on impact.
