  1. Anorexia is not a physical disease..it's a mental disorder.

  2. Maybe is possible but I think that´s not too healthy because you need a lot of nutrients which are not found in the fruits, like calcium ,iron , proteins...I think you´d better not get that diet

  3. Anorexia is where you eat little or nothing because you're scared that eating will make you gain weight. Eating 2,000 calories of fruit each day will give you plenty of calories, but it won't provide you with the nutrition you need. You'll probably end up losing muscle mass and gaining fat from all the sugar.

  4. Im assuming your a woman because your name is sherry and women need 55grams of protein a day. Hopefully along w/ fruit your eating seeds and nuts. Brazil nut has the highest amount of protein, I think, don't take my word for it. The Acai berry is very high in protein and free radical fighting antioxidants. heres an article about an all fruit diet and how you can eat 100% all fruit and be okay as long as you know which fruits to eat. Heres the article: http://www.13.waisays.com/protein.htm

  5. this doesn't sound good at all....fruit only is NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!

  6. Going on a diet, no matter how restrictive, cannot "make" you anorexic.

  7. I think you mean something else, such as anaemic.

Anyway, no.  Many people live on 100% fruit.  Fruit is what humans digest best.  It's what we are 'designed' to eat most of.

  8. It would not make you anorexic, but I think you would want to eat more than fruit. What about some greens like celery or romaine, or maybe some nuts and seeds? There are no long term Fruitarians(5+) years that I know of. I think you could do it short term, but eventually you'll probably want and need to eat something else.
