Is is worth changing to virgin media from BT for the phone and the broadband alone?

I have been offered to change to virgin media from bt is it worth it and are there any problems with the system?

Forget Virgin. Go to talktalk. I have been on it now for nearly two years and I have had no bother at all. In fact I just signed up for another 18 months.

Every month I pay about £28 and for this I get line rental, Broadband at 5mbs and all my calls to landlines 24/7 free. I can also call almost all of Europe, north and south America and australia free.

I left Bt because they were ripping me off.

Virgin offer a much improved service to bt. I changed a year ago and would not consider bt again.

hi  mate its like everything else there is good and bad i been with virgin  / blueyonder for 8  years and cant find any fault with them there customer service has been great  i personaly wouldnt change as for  bt 3 of my mates had that and have just dumped it going to talk talk  as they  have some  good offers on  and they seem happy with them so ithink  everyone can recommend some  company and others will slag it off so i think its up to  the individual   good luck

I really wouldn't bother,i have heard so many bad stories about Virgin,my friend as even cancelled his contract with them because he says their customer ccare is appalling,other people i know are with them too and they hate them.The company will rip you off and every time Richard Branson as a c**p they will send u a letter,they send that much junk.Stick with BT or go with Sky.Good Luck!

I did, you get the broadband, phone and the TV.

It works out a lot cheaper to get all three.

I have been using them for ages and I have no problems.
