  7. You have to be 35 and be a natural born US Citizen and not carry around a birth certificate that was photo-shopped. And you cannot be of dual citizenship. For example Indonesian and American. Or Kenyan and American. And your parents must have been living in the USA at least 5 years prior to your birth.

    Those are examples of running for the presidency.

  12. 35 for President, 30 for Senators, 25 for Representatives.
