  1. minority neighborhoods in this day and age are usually poor neighborhoods.   This does make sense as as a general rule people in the middle class and above have health insurance and can discuss matters of fertility and birth with their GP.


  2. They put them where they're needed most so I guess it's good.  More funding wouldn't be such a bad thing either.  These places are meant to help parents make sensible decisions and it's ultimately the children who will benefit.

  4. Since minority neighborhoods are in big cities, that would mean they are mostly in big cities.  Sounds reasonable.

    You said near, not in.

  5. Near minority neighborhoods or near low-income neighborhoods, I would guess the latter.

    Ethically- it's bad.

    For keeping crime down in our country- it's good.

    Planned parenthood is funded by the government?  I didn't know that.

    The government should cut funding if they do.
