  1. She is no different than you or me. She has a donation cap that limits the amount of money she can personally donate to any candidate.

She is no different than you or me .  There is no limit to the amount of volunteer time that any citizen can donate to any candidate.

You don't want her candidate to win?;  Get off your computer and get out into the streets like me and go door to door and drum up support for yours.

Mine just happens to be Obama, too but it does not matter in a free country who she votes for and promotes for.  Read the Constitution before you gripe.

  2. Like you or anyone else, Oprah can support whom ever she chooses, because this is a Democracy.

Democracy says that we have the right to choose, without being condemned for our choices.

Democracy says, that we (that means you too) have Political freedom.

Money is tied to everything in life and you cannot become President without money.

Is anyone complaining about Clinton or McCain's money & who gave it to them?

Moreover, Oprah is always giving away money. She supports all kinds of causes and people, what's wrong with that?

It's her money, she earned it fair & sqaure and she can spend it anyway she likes.

It all seems pretty democratic to me. (smile)

  3. Uh, so you think The Chosen One is going to the WH, do you?

Let me guess: you're among the folks who believe the press' propaganda about this being The Year of the Democrat. Well, you may want to hedge your bet just a teensy, weesy widdow bit 'cause I've been watching this stuff since 1956 and I'd bet you a straight-up $1,000 that The Chosen One will be sitting in the US Senate at this time next year while McCain runs the country the way he sees fit.

By September, The Chosen One is gonna be yesterday's news.

  4. No, irony is that she was a poor black woman that has made her mark in a biased society.   Not sure how to amswer second half of question, that she claims to belive in demorcarcy.  Can't we all just get along.

  5. she should have stood out of this.
