  1. Yes

  2. I wouldn't move out, I know that's not the answer youre looking for but just from experience (and with a sister who recently moved out) you whole life is going to be about moving closer to your family. Once you move out that's it. Christmas, your younger siblings, and your whole childhood would be changed forever.  You can't just say hi to your family whenever you want, they're going to be so upset with you and your siblings probably wont want to speak to you.  You'll have to grow up really quickly and deal with all that stuff you thought was going to be so easy. There's also college, you would have a hard time getting the money for it, you'd probably have to work because you wouldn't be able to afford a dorm so you have to pay your apartment bills ect.  Just....think. Ok. Look at all you have and look at what you love most in your life.  My sister was my best friend (we literally spent every minute together) and when she moved out me and all my siblings couldn't even bare to look at her.  Family comes first and no matter how you spin it, if you move out like that, your family will feel that you've betrayed them.

  3. My niece did. She made $2000/week selling personal services.

  4. Yes, but you need to find a way to support yourself.  Also, the law does not see you as being old enough to make a legally binding contract, so you will find it very hard indeed to find someone who will let you sign a lease/rent an apartment and such.

  5. Yes, but parents can be held responsible for you till your 18.
