Is it Legal to Off Road with a truck in the Floodway in Winnipeg?

I want to take my ford explorer off roading somewhere in winnipeg but I'm not sure where I could do that or if it is legal?

floodway yes it is illegal big time due to the oil and such.

check around for local 4wd clubs in your area and look for postings

It is illegal any where to off road in a flood way

There is a car ad on tv right now showing a floodway and a SUV...............who had special permission........NO, not legal to ride in the floodway .......or any private property without owner's permission, including railway land, quarries, etc. Find a club!
