  1. Not unless the person does something, takes some affirmative action, to renounce his citizenship.  Even then, this usually happens while outside the United States so he would not be here to deport.

  2. the only time I know of where legal and natural born citizens are "deported", is when their illegal mothers are deported back to mexico and they choose to take the legal citizen anchor baby with them.

  3. Because there has been so much fruad and cheating on the issue, the laws of the land were established a long time ago.

If your mother or father was a citizen, you can be a citizens.

But if your mother or father is NOT a citizen, you are not a citizen.  And so we do not grant citizenship to illegal aliens, diplomats, and visitors.

Granting citizenship to a child who's mother broke the law and creeped into this country, used welfare, and had the child that that child would become a citizen, would be extremely offensive to most Americans.  It is pure fraud, and Congress simply doesn't mind if the American Taxpayer forks over billions to those mother.  But it is now clear: congress simply doesn't care what we think.

  4. 1. Yes if extridition is requested and approved for a crime in another country.

    2. Yes if they have taken citizenship of another country.

    3. Yes if they are not a legal citizen - the lawyers get involved on this one.

  5. We don't banish citizens.

  6. ABSOLUTELEY NOT! UNLESS HE  OR SHE AQUIERES CITIZENSHIP IN ANOTHER COUNTRY AND RESIGS HIS US CIT.

  7. Where would they deport them to?
