  1. You might call the local DNR or animal control to see. I know Indiana is pretty lax on most of its laws, and especially some rediculous "old ones" on the books, but my thinking is, "If it's on my property...it's fair game." :D

    The state would probably say differently though.

    I prefer the 10-22 rifle for small game, and the Glock .40 cal for skunks, opossum, and racoons. :D

    but I persoanlly would not use a pellet rifle.........for game that size you should use a 22lr at the very minimum and a 22 magnum or 17 HMR would be even better

    can't wait for squirrel season to start.....Aug 15th.......I will be in the woods

    I can not find anything that says you can or can't use a pellet gun for hunting.......I have to beleive that Indiana does not consider a pellet gun a firearm.......you should probably call them to be sure...........don't forget that you have to have a hunters education card
