I drink at least 2 L of caffeine free diet coke per day. From all the sites telling you that soda is bad for you the concern is either the sugar ( not present in diet) or the amount of caffeine (also not present in the soda I Drink).I know some people have trouble with aspertame and I'm aware of the symptoms to look for in aspertame poisioning. Is there anything else about drinking soda vs H2O? Plain filtered water makes my stomach feel sick so I stick with the soda.
