  1. If it is not dripping wet, you can do it.  It is best not to paint in the heat of the day.  I would, however, wait until it dries almost to completely dry.  


  2. I wouldn't.  I tend to be overcautious, and take no chances. I'd wait for a dry day or later in the morning.  Just in case.

  3. NO IT IS NOT OK.

    The surface must be clean and dry, or the paint will not adhere, at least not for long.

    Home Depot sells a number of siding cleaners, and I suggest you use one before painting.

    It can mean the difference between doing it all over again.

    And I know you don't want to do it twice!!!
