I love unsweetened iced tea with lemon. I only drink brewed iced tea though. Is this bad for me if I'm pregnant? Should I stop drinking it?

  1. One or two glasses a day is ok, but don't overdo it because too much caffeine is not good for the baby.

  2. You want to avoid caffeine, although 1 glass a day won't hurt you. It does have antioxidants, but overall -- it's not providing nutrition. I wouldn't do more than 3 glasses a week if it were me. You want to put good things that benefit the baby into your tummy!

  3. i drink it all the time. i am 39 weeks with a healthy baby.

  4. I drank at least one glass of it a day at dinner while I was pregnant.  I did try to get the cold brew lipton kind that was decaffeinated, but when we went out to eat I didn't have that option.  My son grew fine and was perfectly healthy.  I did try to drink as much water as I could in between though.

  5. Last month this was my craving ... Liptons sweet tea ... I would drink gallons of it sometimes instead of food ...

I think its bad cos of the caffeine so try to limit yourself ... dont be like me! ~

But there is nothing that says you have to give it up completley ... unless you want to~ or your husband forces you (like mine did)
