  1. I've heard it is the worst time to eat because  you are just going to bed shortly after and not doing anything to burn calories.


  2. really i don;t think it healthy for any one to eat after ten o'clock at night if your going to have something to eat you should have a bowl of special k with low fat milk

  4. not really it can be harmful for you in many ways my grandfather had to be hospitalized for eating three bannanas right before bed

    you can avoid harm if you dont go to bed right away stay up for an hour or two

    for instance you are on a road trip and you cant stop at a hotel and you are hungry you have to eat right? it wont hurt you as long as you dont lay down or anything

  5. Yesterday, I learned in a college course that it doesn't matter when you eat, just what you eat and how much.

  6. i think it depends on the individual person, like what your schedule is, some people work at nite and sleep during the day, i think it would depend on how active you was after you ate..and if its something small and you dont do this very often, it wont hurt you, but ive also heard that it causes dreams when you eat right before bed, so its all in how you look at it.

  7. ehh. everyone says you're not spposed to eat like after 8 o clock but, it really doesn't matter what time you eat. It does matter what you eat and how much of it. It may be a bad idea to eat late though because that's when we do a lot of mindless eating. But if you're well disciplined in what you eat it shouldn't be a problem.

  9. not meant to eat after 730pm, becasue by the time you go to bed say if you go at like 930 your food is pretty much digested, so probably 2 hours before sleeping, otherwise you gain weight

  10. Do not eat 3 hours before going to bed. Your body will not have time to burn the food so instead it will be stored as fat. So you could eat at night but you have to wait 3 hours before going to sleep.

It actually doesn't matter what time you eat... but if you do not plan on staying active later on, then your body would not be burning calories... so if you eat more than 1 serving of whatever food you eat, then you may gain weight. Anything you eat more of 1 serving of anything, your body will keep anything excess as storage (as weight).

    But if you don't care about this, then it would be fine to eat late. (And like I had mentioned above, if you just eat 1 serving of some type of food, then you won't gain weight. Just as long as this isn't in excess food in your overall diet and excess food at one time)

  13. well see when you eat late at night,or like in the middle of the night or before you sleep,this is what happens:

    1.you eat the food at about lets say 1 in the morning

    2.you become sleepy and go fall asleep

    3.there for you do not burn the calories of the food ,instead you sleep and gain all the calories

    and i dint think anyones going to be going on a walk or cleaning the kitchen at 1 in the morning ,so i don't recommend eating late at night
