  1. NO AFTER EID

  2. It's not a good idea. I think it would be less of a bother if you waited.

  3. Some people interpret everything as "HARAM..."

  4. yes, it is ok. are you getting married Sina?

  5. as you know many people get married right after ramadan and that is a common time actually for weddings.  In so far as getting married during ramadan, I know of no prohibition however it may not be advisable in order to avoid any sins while fasting.  And Allah swt knows best.

  6. umm i don't think so dude. I mean Ramadan is time u spent to worship allah and do good deeds. Gettin gmarried takes a lot of time and effort and ur time during Ramadan will be used up getting ready for marriage. My advie to u is not.  but it is better to ask a Muslim scholar or a local masjid Imam.

  7. It doesnt make sense to get married during Ramadan unless you do it after your fast is broken. I am sure Shias break that rule and practice Muta year round, regardless if its Ramadan or not.

  8. Not advisable :/

  9. Sina, its the right time for you to get married. enough of investigations, enough of such questions. just get married ~!

    All the Best ~!

  10. We went over this with Shaykh Muhammad Ramzaan and he mentioned that the people who say it's not permissible or it's disliked then they are mistaken. Shaykh Muhammad bin Abdul-Wahhaab rahimahullaah mentioned that this is from the aspects of Jaahiliyyah to prohibit marriage between the two 'Eids. It's the last point he mentioned in his Masaa'il Jaahiliyyah.

Shaykh Muhammad Ramzaan mentioned that 'Aa'ishah radhiallaahu Anhaa married the Prophet salallaahu alaihi wa salam in Shawwaal, so there is no prohibition or dislike in marrying between the two 'Eids.

  11. yes you could get married in ramadan..but you need to know that you  are not allowed to have any intercourse relationship when you fasting..cause it will break your fast...

  12. yes it is OK.

But you newly wed couples may get difficulty to keep fasting.

Your emotions and wishes are on the top and uncontrollable then you will lose your fasts.

  13. Why doesn't the world revolve around me.
