  1. I DON'T SEE WHY YOU COULDN'T....BUT I WOULD CALL OR GO TO A HARDWARE STORE AND DOUBLE CHECK FIRST


  2. Yes you can install it. Be sure to leave a expansion cap between the flooring and the wall. Don't install it in a basement.
