Only if you are a customer. Finding something in business premises does not entitle you to keep it or eat it. Remember the cleaner who found a 20p coin in Tescos and was nearly sacked for putting it into a charity box. Do this the way I do: go into the restaurant and pretend to look at the menu while feeling under the table. Pick the crunchy thingys and when no one is looking pocket them. Pretend you didn't like what you saw on the menu and walk out saying loudly, 'I won't eat in a dirty place like this!'. Once you are outside, you can enjoy your crunchies!
