Is it OK to use an examination copy for a college textbook?

    I actually buy these books for a living. My company sells them across the country as used books, even though most are brand new.

    Unless the book is marked as "Annotated," it is essentially the exact same as what the regular student version is.

    Don't worry about it. You're good to go.

    You should ask the subject teacher at college, if you have been told to get a certain book: get the one you have been told to buy.
