today i wuz gettn my nightly cravings and i decided instead of reaching for another toblerone (which i dd but this time i only had one triangle thingy, last time it wuz the whole ******* thing...) so anyway, instead i had sum taboulai which is like middle-eastern salad...is this a healthy way to get rid of my need to eat at night? and, this is another question but yeah...when on a diet, is it okay to eat like one toblerone triangle every day? i run 60 minutes every day and do 10 minutes of lunges..im tryn 2 get into pilates...wht do u think? will i lose weight?
im 16, 120 lbs..tryn 2 get to like 105
