Is it Paldin Medi Co. is legally registered company at Europe?

This company was recommended to me as service provider to work on my registration number at the state work force office, working permit, CV and motivation. And they want me to pay for their services amounting to 30 pounds. I just want to make sure that this company is duly registered and legal at Europe.

Pay 30 pounds for what? Smells like scam to me. As far as I know agencies cannot take money from the job seeker, only for them company paying them to recruit you.

There is no such company listed at Companies House, which covers England and Wales. Europe is a continent, so you really need to know which country in Europe this company operates from.
