Is it Possible to still find this book..? Or Picture..!?

My mom found a picture of Penelope Cruz on the cover of Clair Mag. Over a year ago and has been going on and on about that dress she was wearing..! I am getting married in the spring and was wondering how can I come about finding this book? And or Picture?? IF you have any Ideas please please please let me know..thanks in advance.!

It was the February 2006 issue of Marie Claire.  I found one used on eBay.  You can see a small image of the dress with the listing.
