Is it Safe to use 2 AC/DC Adapter?

i have a gas powered rc electric motor i dont know exactly what the voltage is on it, but i know it can handle a 13v dc adapter. unfortunately i have lost it so i was wondering if its safe to hook up 2 4v dc adapters to the same motor?
