Is it Wrong To Get A Ball From Your Neighbors Yard?

My ball went flying over their wall, and I couldn't reach it with a pool skimmer. So I jumped their wall (they weren't home, they are barely ever there) and got it, but the chair I had put on their side of the wall broke, so I had to put one of their chairs up against the wall (there was no other way out) Is this wrong?

MAYBE YOU SHOULD TELL THEM ABOUT THE CHAIR.
