  1. Yes, you can get a ticket if your music is to loud.

It's called noise pollution, and if it annoys you neighbors, they can call the police.

Yail time -> I don't really think that they will put you in jail if you're music is loud once.

If you're music is loud every night, and the cops have to show up every time, it might be (If you start fighting them :D ).

If it just happens once in a while, it's more common to increase the fine.

  2. you can get a ticket...disturbing the peace

  3. It all depends on whether you city  / town  has a "Noise Ordinance" in effect.  If they don't, you may be charged with just "disturbing the peace."  Some cities have decibel meters in the patrol vehicles.  If you blast by on a "way too loud Harley" or with your music pounding out 120 decibels, then you will be ticketed...  much like a speeding ticket.

  4. FACT. It could be called anything from "loud and unnecessary noise" to "disturbing the peace".

You get a ticket for it, or sit in jail of you don't pay it and a warrant is issued.

  5. it is definately a fact   i have seen it happen.  mostly you just get ticketed for loud music.....the arrest usually comes from your behavior during the arrest.

  6. It's a ticket sure.

In the military I believe it's under grandstanding (Loud music, spinning you tires, basically showing off). I don't know what civy police call it.
