  1. Fleas and ticks too.

  2. Yes, they can pass illnesses between each other. If none are neutered, they can breed. They would probably fight too.

  3. nah, it won't. I let my rabbit run all around our yard, which is filled with bunnies because they live in our junipers. but then again we caught my rabbit so he's wild. but we've had him for 6 years so he's very spoiled. but rabbits wont bother each other. diseases wont come in contact either otherwise my rabbits would have gotten tons but he hasnt gotten any for the 6 years of his life. We only got him when he was barely a week old.

  4. Your rabbit can pick those things up from any rabbit - indoor or outdoor.

If you trust your friend to tell  you whether or not her rabbits are healthy, then you don't have a problem.  I'm sure you will be just as curteous and do a health check on your own rabbits so his/her rabbits don't pick up anything from yours.  ;)
