  1. You should wait. The food you eat is going to make it harder for your body to pump as much blood to your muscles when you lift.

    If you finish your solid food two hours before you lift you will be good.


  2. well if you want to cramp up and possibly get sick then go ahead. but if not wait at least an hour

  3. you don't NEED to wait at all.  it depends on your body and tummy.

    Its FORCED to tap into because hiit depends on depleting glycogen reserves first. Therefore, hiit is not optimal for fat oxidation. Low intensity uses mainly fat for fuel.
