International athletes have more in common with each other than the citizens of their country. So it is reasonable, I submit, to assume that the percentage level of drug use was spread throughout the world. Kind of like steroids in the NFL. Any kid off the farm would be crazy to pass up a chance to enhance performance. People of wealth are the only ones who can afford a conscience. The last time I looked at the rosters of professional sports teams I did not see any players whose childhood hometown was Greenwich, CT or Naples,FL. Bring back the drugs because the fans are now paying for 16 games in the regular season of the NFL. NCAA has 12 regular season games. It is morally wrong to not supply these players with the performance enhancing drugs to keep the fans happy.
