i wouldn't call it a crime. but at that point the cop may use force because, for all the cop knows you may be under the influence of something.

Yes, if it is a lawful order, such as to move on, present ID, stop and so on.  Just play it safe and listen to the cop, it a lot less painful.

It can be, especially if you have committed a crime.

   However , you need to know your rights as there are some bad cops out there that will "stretch" their authority.

Give them the respect and courtesy you would give any other stranger, but don't let them exceed their boundaries.

  If they ask to look around or whatever you can tell them no.

If it is a lawful order, you are committing a crime by not listening.  I can guarantee you will go to jail for not following an order.

It depends on the situation. If the cop tells you to pop your trunk, you have the right to ask him why. If the answer is Probable Cause then you should obey the order. Like I said, it depends. You have your rights as long as you use it at the right time.
