Is it a crime to warn someone that his wife is doing a crime

she s cyberstalking her ex . is it a crime if he warns her husband? or her familiy? how to find a free attorney in us? thanks

That is a very slippery slope.

If she is indeed committing a crime, there are agencies that deal with cyberstalking and such.  The person should contact authorities.

However, if the witness(??) does not contact authorities and is just slandering her (good) name, she may have legal recourse.

Were I he I would gather evidence and present it to the proper people.  Grieving the family with unfounded accusations may only cause bad feelings.

Get proof or be quiet.  Just my opinion.  Nothing more.
