Even the low-dose ones? I got a rx for mircette. Is it less likely to get the real bad effects (ie nasea, vomiting, etc) if you take it at nite & the fact it's low-dose? I'm a bit worried I'll feel like c**p for 2-3 months. But I'm willing to try..And no I'm not trying to conceive, just trying to get answers.. thx for input/advice!

  1. Some women do, some don't. I never once had a problem with my BC pill, and I had been on 4 different ones over the years (no reason for the change, different doctors just kept switching me. I didn't care, as long as it kept me from getting pregnant, which they all did successfully.

I've got a lot of friends who use BCP, and none of them have mentioned it bothering them. I'd say, try. If you don't like it, you can try something else:)

  2. i never really had bad side effects from birth control. the only thing that may have been related is after i was on one kind for almost 2 years i started getting really bad headaches during my period so i switched to another kind. other than that it always made my period symptoms less.
