me and my friends want to go swimming but dont know if tahst a good day for swimming. is it?

Well it depends, if it was hot the day before then the pool will most likely be warm, but it rained then the rain will have cooled it down, so some of it depends on how the weather was the day before.

It appears that you're not familiar with the Fahrenheit  scale.

To change from Celcius (C) to Fahrenheit (F) use the following formula:

1.8C - 32 = F

To change from F to C:

F-32 multiply by 5 divide by 9 = C

(note: multiplying by 5 and dividing by 9 is the same as multiplying by the fraction 5/9.  OR use the rounded decimal, 0.556 [really 0.55555555555~, get it?])
