Office 2008 for Mac

Home and Student Edition... is it good? Does it suck? Is iWork better? I would be using it for school, and chances are I will use a PC at school so I want it to be compatible.

Also, I have a Kingston USB memory stick, will it work between Mac & PC?

  2. Office 2008 is ridiculously priced in my opinion. If you're really familiar with Office for Windows, and are scared to change, then stick with it. Otherwise, I would recommend iWork; it's cheaper, very easy to use, has a lot of cool features, and is compatible with Microsoft Office for Windows. Keynote (sort of like PowerPoint, but it comes with iWork) is an amazing program and in my opinion has much more potential that PowerPoint.

The Kingston USB memory stick will work with both Mac and PC.
