Try a good stool softener at the same time, that should take a load off your mind and then some.  Hope I helped

It doesn't matter; neither effects the other.  Exlax don't make you c**p your pants all of a sudden and sleeping pills don't knock you out so that you can't go to the bathroom - so it really makes no difference.
