ya , i think it is great idea. i myself have  the dream of opening a restraunt . i think the best location for it is lokhandwala as it has a nice market

Good idea. It should be located in south Mumbai, where most foreign tourists stay and visit.

But consider the hassles of paying of local goons and cops for protection.

yes wonderful idea. people will have different veriaty of food in one place. and in a place like mumbai whatever you open you will be in a profit for sure.

I don't live in Mumbai, but I can say because of it's diverse culture and being an economic destination, the idea of opening such a restaurant will surely work, provided the location, food, ambience etc. is good... It will be better to hire professionals to achieve the aim of becoming a famous restaurant..
