...... a job that I quit/walked out on? This was about a year ago.

Im looking for jobs right now, and i have worked since, but is it wise to reapply/send cv to them right now or ever?

Personally, i dont see why not. It has been a year after all, enough time to change attitude (not that I was bad there). But not all people are that forgiving, and probably take something as small as walking out on a job, personal, so i dont know.

  1. It depends entirely on what the heck happened!

Did they like you?  Is the same person in charge now?

If you were out of control, I'd say no.

If it was a personal thing with one person who had issues with others too...maybe there's a shot.

If it's a large/public company, probably not.  There's rules and documentation they must abide by when someone leaves a company.

If it's a smaller, private company and it was just a hot-headed moment and it's part of the culture to be accepting of it there, then why not try?

Just remember...you left them high and dry to fill your position and do the job without the manpower alloted for it.

Lesson learned either way. Good luck.

  2. Well if you think the job that you walked out on was a good one where they treat you fairly and you overall enjoy the job then yeah send in your c.v i mean its not going to do any harm and for all you know it could be under new management.

If you want to send in you c.v then do it like i said there's no harm in trying.Theres to things which could happen you could get an interview or you get declined an really your the only one who knows therefor nothing to worry about.

    Hope this helps
