Is it a good idea to recicle electricity?

so the produeced electricity powers a motor the motor turns the genorater at over 3000 rpm

you can't recycle electricity, you will always need a fuel.  If you use electricity to power motor then power a generator with the motor you have created the most inefficient piece of equipment ever.  The system is never perfect, and in any energy cycle there are inevitably losses.

But if it is really possible, then it is a wonderful idea.
