Is it a good idea to wake up at 5am to run until 6am so that from 6 to 7 i can get ready for the bus and stuff? The reason why i am wondering if i should wake up early is because by the time that i get home i am really tired and i don't want to run. Also what should i do to get in shape for 7 grade CC? One more thing. My heels really hurt RIGHT after i run. What should i do about it? (im in 6th grade going into 7)
