Is it a good idea to study culinary arts in Latin America? i know europe is better, even USA, but too expensiv

Do you want to be a cook or a restaurant owner?  Have you noticed how many restaurants specialize in cuisine from Peru, Brazil, Mexico, Central America, and Argentina?  

Culinary arts are just as demanding in Latin America as they are anywhere in the world, and the people are among the friendliest!  I have lived there, and I say go for it!
