Is it a good idea to visit Kashmir now since there is much tension?

I am on holiday in India and was just wondering if there is great danger in Kashmir ever since the protests of the land proposal. I hear its pretty bad but i was wondering if it's affecting tourists.

Can't forsee things and advise you.

Visit to Kashmir would be always risky ,

unless  and until India & Pakistan arrive

at a political settlement.

You can take a risk.  Nevermind.
