  1. a trip to india is  a very enlingtement experience...

but takes you a week to real feel India, and the month of june starts the mansoon season...

I recommend go there in December to April! its beautiful, its fresher, smells nice!

  2. wow.... welcome to kerala. Normally rain starts at last week of may or first week of june, u may enjoy Thekkady, wayanad and other places refered above

  3. ya its good kerala looks much more beautiful during rainy season and the must places are munnar , kochi , poovar , yeracud and many

  4. Well, Kerala is not only God's own country its also Monsoon's own country, So whatever month you visit, you can never be sure of the rain. But May, June is quite safe.  And the must visits - House Boats in Kumarakam,  Munnar, Thekkadi (wildlife), Beaches of Kovalam, Shankumukkam, and so on. Hope you have a good time.

  6. yaa its a good choice.

kerala seems more and more beautiful during rainy season.

munnar is the must visit place in kerala.

if u wish to go to kerala onece visit tourism kerala site before going.

becoz hey will provide u enomorous information.

  7. June is not a good time to visit Kerala as it will be rainy season there.

  8. The rains are supposed to start in the last week of May in Kerala but more often than not, commence early June.  Expect heavy rains, sometimes for long periods, sometimes sporadic.  Hill stations like Munnar will be misty and romantic, but check road conditions for landslides etc before travelling.

It would be better to go in late September when the monsoons have eased off and everything will be lush green but without rains.  You can enjoy the best of Kerala -  backwaters, beaches, plantations, sanctuaries and hill stations at that time.

  9. I would say, you will like Kerala in June, if you are a person who enjoys those drizzles and showers and those greenery everywhere. It may not be the best time to visit Kerala, but its not the worst.

Monsoon starts by the end of May or on the first of June.  Anyway, being from a different place, you may not be comfortable during the summer season, because, except for the high ranges and the like places, it'll be hot and humid. But all other seasons are good for travel.

All the above said locales are good, but you must not avoid Munnar.  And visit kerala tourism website too to get a good idea of the places.  Welcome to The Land of Spices! :)
