maybe. self expression is definitely necessary in my opinion though. I personally think uniforms in school prevent imagination

Yes. It creates equality amond the different groups. It elimates bullying because the kids with less money wear the same thing as the rich kids do. I'd love to have uniforms...it'd make school so much easier.

I think it's a good idea. It does create some equality among students in that there isn't any "clothes envy". Most schools that have uniforms have a donation program where you can donate your old uniforms that your kids have outgrown and then the school in turn gives them out to less fortunate kids so that everyone has at least one uniform.

yes school uniforms that would look appropriate for when the children are going to field trips and uniforms that the children would feel comfortable wearing.

Well there are pro's and con's

CONS:

1-Teens can't look different

2-Their personality may change

3-Students would dislike school even more

PROS:

1-eliminates the pressure for students to buy name-brand clothing

2-more financially affordable (saves money)

3-students would accept others more

4-would increase confidence in people -especially the ones who had to wear cheap brand clothing

5-less inappropriate clothing Worden

So by this you can determine weather or not you think its good, but in my opinion it would cause more negative affects than good, even though my list has more pro's than con's I still think schools with uniforms should give the individual student a choice. And for uniforms to be optional

yes ! i have had uniforms since day 1 in school,

god bless miami. lol.

sure you cant express yourself in clothes, but there ARE other ways,

i cant imagine stressing on waht i cant or can wear, if its the fashon wat a pain in the a$$
