You are an intelligent person and your age has nothing to do with it. You know better than anyone if the person is complimenting you or not. Be wise though and know that if the person IS NOT complimenting you, then leave them where they stand, and move forward with your life. What shall we then say to these things? it all depends how you receive his words. it is good since he cares and let you know.

if its good take it as a compliment and if not, its not all lost. for you can still do lots to make it good forexample dressing, grooming and last not not least you are in full control of yourself.

i woud take it as a compliment. remember...you got your health.
