May & June are the hottest months here in Delhi. May is usually around 40 C (or 104-115 F)... It would be super hot. The best time to come is November to February.

Yes, if you have made provision to move all the way with AC-Car, AC-train etc.

else not advisable to spend money for you will lose al the charm of moving around

It would be very very hot. And loo (Dry winds) would be blowing. Make sure to keep yourself hydrated and eat lots of fruits esp water melon.
