Is it a health code violation in Michigan for bars to reuse plastic jaeger bomb cups?

I almost got kicked out of a bar for taking my empty bomb cups home. I was told that they reuse them. If it is a violation, can someone provide me with an official website that states the violation. I would like to take it in to the bar!!

no it isnt a healthcode violation.. as long as they have a dishwasher, aNd they wash their dishes, glassware, plasticware, you really dont have a leg to stand on....  go buy your own jager bomb cups!!! they sell them on ebay...
